The Principal Consultant is available to serve as an external DEI consultant to help your organization build capacity and develop strategies for greater diversity, equity and inclusion, and address the root causes of systemic barriers that result in inequity.

Comprehensive assessments to assess your organization’s current DEI and anti-racism practices
Customized, targeted solutions to address organizational barriers to equity
Policy development and guidance on embedding the lens of equity and anti-racism in new and existing organizational policies, practices and decision-making processes.
We create customized training and workshops, with a focus on unconscious racial biases to assist clients in their journey of learning and unlearning. Understanding what unconscious biases are and how it influences decision-making is key to dismantling barriers and adopting an equity lens.
Our programs are customized according to the unique needs of each client. Each session provides the foundational knowledge and tools to enable participants to identify and address their own unconscious biases. The relationship between key concepts including diversity, equity, inclusion, racism and systemic discrimination are explored in each session.
