Our approach is guided by the lens of equity and anti-racism, which are applied throughout the review and design of an organization’s policies, procedures and decision-making processes.
We use these lens to identify and address the root causes of inequity, and develop systemic evidence-based solutions to foster organizational change.

Educational Training & Workshops
SYHHRDC provides customized, action-oriented training and workshops centered around unconscious biases and its relationship to equity and inclusion, anti-racism and systemic discrimination. E-learning solutions are also available.
Keynotes & Panels
The Principal Consultant is available to provide engaging and informative keynotes and panels, challenging audiences to interrupt individual and organizational biases, and step outside their comfort zones.
